• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of our services
• Use our products only for their intended purposes as high-performance RC racing components

You may not use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including intellectual property infringement or transmitting malicious code.

Yokomo Store specializes in high-performance RC racing components including but not limited to:

• 1/10 Scale vehicles (Buggy Off Road, Drift, Touring Car, etc.)
• 2WD Buggy and Truck components
• Precision aluminum parts and bearings
• RC bodies and body accessories
• Specialized components for specific models (B-max2, B-max4, BD7, BD8, BD9)

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continually improve our offerings.

All products are intended for use by RC enthusiasts aged 14 and older. Some components may require technical knowledge for proper installation and use.

Order Process

When you place an order through our site, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on product availability.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, occasionally an error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility

• You must request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A valid order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the precision engineering and hygiene-specific nature of certain high-performance components, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

• Bearings (due to precision engineering and susceptibility to damage once installed)
• Body accessories (including antenna tubes and ball studs that may show signs of installation)
• Aluminum parts (custom or modified components)
• Bodies (painted or customized bodies)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and product details.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions.
3. Once approved, ship the item to us using a trackable method to: Yokomo Store Returns, 2457 West Virginia Avenue, Greenfield Ctr., US 12833.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• PayPal: Refunds may appear within 3-5 business days
• Credit/Debit Cards: Processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new product at no additional shipping cost if the exchange is for an item of equal value. For price differences, we will charge or refund the balance accordingly.

• Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the products.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Our products are designed for RC racing enthusiasts and should be used with appropriate safety precautions. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute relating to your use of our site or products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York, except that we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction if we believe you have violated any intellectual property rights.
