We ship globally (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions) to get you the parts you need, fast.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the precision engineering and hygiene-specific nature of certain high-performance components, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

  • Bearings: Due to their precision engineering and susceptibility to damage once installed.
  • Body Accessories: Including antenna tubes and ball studs, which may show signs of installation.
  • Aluminum Parts: Custom or modified components.
  • Bodies: Painted or customized bodies.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., swap a 1/10 Touring Car part for a BD8 component), please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new product at no additional shipping cost if the exchange is for an item of equal value.
