Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and performance reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Bearings (due to precision engineering and susceptibility to damage once installed)
- Body Accessories (such as antenna tubes and ball studs, which may show signs of installation)
- Aluminum parts (custom or modified components)
- Bodies (painted or customized bodies)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Please use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. - Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline and Methods
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal payments, refunds may appear in your account within 3-5 business days. For credit/debit cards, processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., swapping a 1/10 Touring Car part for a BD8 component), follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new product at no additional shipping cost if the exchange is for an item of equal value. For differences in price, we will charge or refund the balance accordingly.
